This single unit consists of a pot that is a combination of stainless steel pot,copper column,dephlegmator and condenser,electrical as its primary heat source (gas option is available as well).

The vapor from the helmet rises into the column,the column is mounted directly on top of the helmet.when there is no helmet,the column is mounted directly on top of boiler. Within the column are bubble cap trays, the vapor rises up the tube inder the bubble caps and bubbles out from under the cap and through the standing liquid on each tray. The standing liquid overflows at a certain depth to the next tray beblow.
The trays of distillation column we have improve it like photo,if the trays be full welded on column,there will have welding scar around of column,it`s not good looking.All bubble caps and screw are made of T2 grade red copper,the screw design is by our company,no dead corner,it can 100% meet sanitary stand.
